The proportional injection pump consists of two parts.
Hydraulic Motor:
The motor piston is driven by water pressure.The valve system let
pistons move freely back and forth.Each ring of the piston
corresponds to a specific flow of water through the pump body(Motor
Power).The speed of the motor increases in proportion to the water
flow through the multilife system.
The entire proportional injection is based on the solution volume ratio
to work.
Dose allocation:
Dosing piston is driven by a constant injection of a specific amount of
chemical solvent into the motor.(Rationing capacity).
According to the volume of water flowing through the motor(one cycle),the
dosing piston will be injected with a dosing solvent.
This operating principle ensures a constant dose of injection and the
proportion will not vary with the change of the water flow and pressure.
The injected chemical solvent is always in constant proportion to the water flow.
